Augmented reality is on the upcoming with more and more companies using it as a key aspect their marketing as its something which catches an audiences attention, its different and enhances the experience for the audience.
I looked into hospitality companies that offer an AR experience. As AR is on the rise, there is not many companies out that that use it within their work but I managed to find that the Premier Inn have created a selection of hotels in prime locations across London and Edinburgh, offering smaller rooms cleverly designed to meet all your expectations and more.
For example, during your check in your room will automatically pair with the app (once downloaded on your phone) making you in control of your room, from dimming the lights to changing the temperature of your room all from your phone.
This creates a unique experience, giving the customer a stay and experience of a lifetime, where everything is controlled from your phone, smart watch or iPad.
